Registration Information for Krazy Larry’s Auto Show & Swap Meet 2021:

    • Event is a fundraiser; all proceeds will be donated to Boundless Pennies Ministry.  It is open to all vehicles.  Entrants must be 18 years of age. Event will be held rain or shine.
  • On-site registration Friday, March 6, 2021 at South Beauregard Recreation Center- 6719 La. Hwy 12,     Ragley, LA.
  • Event Times:  Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.;  Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • All registered vehicles must carry automobile liability coverage with minimum limits.  Registration packets must be picked up by the registrant.  No overnight parking at auto show by registrants is allowed.
  • Entry & Advertising Release:  In consideration of this entry, vehicle owner and spouse/guest agree to permit Boundless Pennies Ministry  the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of their vehicles for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspaper, magazine, radio, and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish rights to any photos taken in connection with the event, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to Boundless Pennies Ministry.  All publicity and advertising rights reserved by Boundless Pennies Ministry.
  • Operation:  Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of South Beau Spring Fest Auto Show.  Open headers, unnecessary tire spin, or any other reason an entrant or his/her vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrant and his/her vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises.  This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or any act or item of poor character which the management considers objectionable to the event’s well being.  The driving or operating of any vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any illegal stimulant or substance is prohibited.  In the case of an eviction or restriction, Boundless Pennies Ministry is not liable for refunding any entry fees except at its own discretion.  Event details subject to change without notice.
  • Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge Boundless Pennies Ministry, the State of Louisiana, the Parish of Beauregard, and the South Beauregard Recreation Center, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, promoters, and servants, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of South Beau Spring Fest of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to his/her person or property.  Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction or control of entrants.  Entrants agree that participation in any contests, games, or activities may be limited.  No pets allowed at South Beau Spring Fest 2018.
  • Eligibility: Krazy Larry’s South Beaux Auto Show 2021 is open to qualified vehicles.  Entrant must be 18 years of  age.

Registration for Krazy Larry’s South Beaux Swap Meet 2021 Rules and Other Information:

  • Spaces:  Your space will be marked upon arrival.  10’x25′ Field Spaces Donation Basis
  • Set-up:  Vendors are allowed to set up from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021.  Set-up/tear down during the meet Saturday, March 6, 2021 will be prior to 7 a.m. and after 6 p.m.  No moving vehicles will be allowed in the vending area during the day.  We request all vendors vacate their spaces by 6 p.m. on Saturday March 6, 2021.
  • Operation hours:  Official hours for the swap meet are 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Parts pick-up: Parts pick-up by the public will ONLY be allowed inside the Swap Meet after 6 p.m. each day.  Golf cart provided to help transport items throughout the day.
  • Items NOT permitted:  No sale of firearms or weapons.  No food or beverage will be sold except by authorized concessionaires.  No open fires.  No PETS allowed on South Beauregard Recreation Center property.
  • Items left:  We do not have any means of storing items that are left, therefore, any items left will be disposed of after your departure.
  • Not available:  No showers; no electricity for field space.

Registration for Krazy Larry’s South Beaux Craft Fair 2021:

  • 10’x10′ booth under pavilion – donation basis pre-registered spaces will be marked upon arrival
  • 10’x25′  field space –  donation basis; pre-registered spaces will be marked upon arrival
